A global fashion brand operating in 20 countries needed a unified way to track campaign performance, influencer ROI, and brand reputation across markets. Here’s how they replaced fragmented data with insight-driven reporting, and what other fashion teams can learn from the process.

About the client

A major player in the global fashion retail space, with thousands of stores across 75+ markets and online operations in 60 countries. The retailer offers a wide range of clothing, accessories, and home goods for men, women, and children through multiple brands.

The project at a glance

This project tackled a challenge that’s common in fashion, but rarely solved: too many tools, too many interpretations, and no clear way to compare results across sales markets. What started with a single-country report turned into a full-scale shift in how the fashion brand measures performance and reacts to what’s happening across regions:

20 countries aligned under one analytics framework

Giving teams, for the first time, a consistent and reliable view of campaigns, brand visibility, and audience sentiment across regions.

1,600+ influencers tracked manually

Revealing that automated tools had been underreporting results by as much as 50%, helping the brand properly value influencer partnerships and optimize budget allocation.

18 competitors monitored in parallel

Offering real-time benchmarking and context to performance, both on brand presence and campaign strategy.

Team-specific dashboards

So that Marketing, Sustainability, and Corporate teams each get what they need to make faster, more confident decisions.

Proactive risk alerts, especially in sustainability

Allowing the brand to act early before local controversies turned into multi-market reputational issues.

Hundreds of internal hours saved each month

By removing the need for manual cleaning, cross-checking, and interpretation, and replacing it with trusted, ready-to-use insights.

Why the collaboration began

Initially, this wasn’t a global analytics project. The brand’s Polish marketing team needed help comparing campaign results with other European countries. The issue wasn’t a lack of data – it was the opposite. Each country had its own tools, its own metrics, and its own providers. Everyone spoke data, but in different dialects.

Their request was simple: “Can you help us make sense of Poland’s data compared to other markets?”

What followed after that request was the beginning of a shift in how one of the world’s largest fashion brands approached marketing intelligence.

Client’s challenges

From a one-country pilot, the project scaled to 10 countries. A few months later, it grew to 20. Today, this client uses Insights24 to oversee performance across 3 global sales markets, 20 countries, 18 direct competitors, and over 1600 influencers.

The project scale wasn’t the only hard part here. The other challenge was data consistency. Different countries hired different data providers, each with their own methodology. A campaign that looked wildly successful in country A might appear a bit underwhelming in country B – not necessarily because the results were so different, but because the metrics weren’t speaking the same language.

Strategy and solution

Insights24 stepped in as the global insights hub. Instead of twenty local reports in twenty different languages, the client now had one unified voice of data. With coherent metrics and clearly defined methodologies, each market could finally be compared on equal terms. Local teams no longer had to question the numbers – they could focus on what the data actually meant.

Five pillars of the collaboration

One source of truth across 20 markets

Every report now runs on the same structure, same definitions, same KPIs, enabling unified comparisons across countries and competitors.

Interactive dashboards, real business relevance

Each team (Marketing, Sustainability, Corporate) has a dedicated dashboard tuned to what they care about; from campaign performance and influencer engagement to reputational risks tied to sustainability topics.

Human-powered influencer tracking

Our expert team reviews content from 1,600 influencers, catching posts that tools miss. In some campaigns, this revealed nearly double the engagement compared to the previous, automated reports.

Ad-hoc and crisis support

When a sustainability controversy flares in one country, our team provides real-time monitoring and alerts so the client can act before it spreads to other regions.

Education and alignment

Along with delivering the reports, our analysts consistently work with client’s teams to calibrate data interpretations. That way, a marketing lead in Country A and a sustainability manager in Country B can finally compare results with confidence.

What changed for the client

Clarity = immediate outcome

Teams no longer spend time checking the validity of reports or trying to understand why numbers differ between markets. Instead, they can rely on a single, consistent source of truth.

Deep and thorough influencer vetting and tracking

The manual checks revealed that initial, automated stats provided by tools can undercount an influencer campaign’s reach by almost half, simply because creators didn’t use the official hashtag. By filtering out irrelevant mentions (e.g. generic hashtags co-opted by unrelated sellers) and adding context, the client gets clean, trustworthy influencer metrics that can be confidently acted on.

More meaningful performance reviews

Local teams can compare campaign effectiveness with confidence. Sustainability teams can track risk signals before reputational issues spread across markets. Senior stakeholders can access structured data across the full landscape, without noise, duplication, or guesswork.

Freeing up significant operational capacity

Without the need to process and clean hundreds of local projects manually, the client’s teams can now focus on what matters most: planning, strategy, and creative execution.

A long-term collaboration

This project evolved from a one-off analysis into a long-term relationship. Today, our support covers:

  1. Ongoing monitoring and reporting across all key markets
  2. Ad hoc support during crises or high-visibility events
  3. New metric and indicator development, as internal needs evolve
  4. Education and standard-setting, helping internal teams align around shared definitions and interpretation

What other fashion brands can learn

If you operate across multiple countries, chances are you face similar challenges: inconsistent data coming from various providers, misaligned metrics, fragmented reporting. And while each market might be doing its best, the lack of a centralized standard makes it harder to see the full picture… or make the right decisions.

This global fashion giant invested in consistency, reliability, and context, so that every campaign, every discussion, and every shift in sentiment could be understood properly. In an industry where timing and perception matter, clarity is a competitive advantage.

Are your marketing teams ready for that shift?

If your marketing or sustainability team is struggling to align performance data across countries, it might be time to rethink how your insights are managed at scale.
